SHIPPING POLICY
We currently offer shipping across various locations in India. Customers can check delivery availability for their area by entering their pin code on the product page or during checkout. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation. Once shipped, delivery may take approximately 3–7 business days depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, and external factors.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹799 across India.
- For prepaid orders below ₹799, a shipping charge of ₹49 will apply.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders below ₹799, a shipping charge of ₹99 will apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available in selected serviceable locations across India and will be shown during checkout.
Please note that all shipping charges mentioned above are temporary standard charges and are subject to revision or change in the future based on courier and operational policies.
Tax Information
All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST and taxes as per Indian government regulations.
Shipping Address Modification
Customers may request shipping address changes only before the order has been packed or shipped. Once dispatched, modifications will not be possible.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally
occur due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or operational issues.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed or shipped from our warehouse.
Customers who wish to cancel their order may contact us within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing smohizofficial6@gmail.com with their order details and registered contact information.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
Smohiz reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, suspicious transactions, or unforeseen operational reasons.
